During my studies at the Fotoacademie in Amsterdam, I have searched long and hard of what kind of photographer I wanted to be. What story I wanted to tell through with my photographs. I got caught up in my own work, aiming for perfection.

Then I realized all my life I have been aiming for perfection, a goal, a destination, just as so many other young women my age.

I specialized in fashion and portrait photography, but what I love doing the most, is triggering the viewer to go deeper and think about what's the story or scenario behind each photo.

I have been fascinated by this group of young women, whom are struggling with their obstacles in life, insecurities and their sexuality.

When photographing these women, I am telling our stories combined together, use your imagination and let your thoughts run wild and free
